HIIT Workouts is a no-fuss high-intensity interval timer built for Apple Watch — for intervals, circuits, Tabata, and any work/rest routine.
Train eyes-free. Set your total session length and work/rest splits, then put your wrist down and go. Pronounced, escalating haptics call every transition: a build-up countdown into each work and rest, a bigger jolt for the final interval, and a celebratory finish. You never have to look at the screen.
A real workout. Sessions run as a genuine HIIT workout — the app stays active with your wrist down, shows live heart rate and calories, and saves to the Health app and your Activity rings. Interval timing is anchored to the clock, so cues never drift, and you can pause, resume, or end at any time.
An iPhone companion that earns its place. Prop your phone up while you train and it mirrors the watch countdown in real time — ring, phase, and set count in big type. A history tab shows every HIIT workout from Health, with duration, calories, and average heart rate.
Private by design. No accounts, no ads, no tracking, no servers. Your workout data lives in Apple Health on your devices — nowhere else.
